Disco Ball

After forming the box a foam block was placed inside. A hanging tag was tied onto the ring of the disco ball, which was then placed onto the foam block, and the platform was closed around the ball. A personalized URL label was printed and affixed to the platform of the box and a personalized note was placed into a matching envelope, and then glue-dotted to the inner box lid. A piece of protective foam (not visible in photograph) was affixed to the left of this envelope. The box was then closed and secured with two wafer seals. A personalized label was applied to the outside of the box, which was then shrink-wrapped before being shipped out via priority mail. There were 27 mailings, with quantities averaging 50 pieces, over a period of 7 months.
